Rathbone Cymru

Rathbone Training is a national youth charity that specialises in transforming the lives of young people through work based training in the form of apprenticeships and traineeships.

Our work is inspired by the vision of our founder, Elfrida Rathbone, who believed that everyone could make progress through learning. We believe that every young person has the potential to achieve a positive future and that, given the right opportunities and support, all young people can learn, progress, and succeed in their chosen career.

and in England ESF funding is managed via the Skills Funding Agency (www.sfa.org.uk).
