24 Feb 2014 New - Business Improvement (Lean) Apprenticeships

The Lean Apprenticeship programme is delivered in the workplace over 12 months in a series of workshop training sessions with experienced tutors that work around employer needs and awarding body specifications to deliver a world-class training and assessment programme that allows employers and staff to agree significant Lean projects for teams to work on and are mentored throughout their Lean journey to ensure they not only learn Continuous Improvement tools but apply them and bring measurable impact to their employers.  At the end of the course staff will achieve a nationally accredited training programme  that is internationally recognised across industry sectors, particularly manufacturing and engineering, but more recently across service sector businesses also.
