28 Jan 2014 New - Management Development Apprenticeship

Busy executives who want to get ahead now have the opportunity to undertake a senior development programme in Leadership and Management that is uniquely supported by the Welsh Government and the South West Wales Consortium.

This Diploma programme is at Level 5 and accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management.  It is delivered over 18 months through a combination of off-site management workshops (Bridgend etc) and indidual coaching and assessment of applied learning to develop competency of individuals over time in National Occupational Standards.

This programme is not age restricted.  You will need to be supported by your business for the course duration as there are work based assignments and trainer assessors will need to visit your workplace - and you have to be employed in a relevant job role.  Please contact Viv Compton for further details and to register your interest on 0845 1306461 or Email: viv.compton@tracktraining.co.uk
