06 Sep 2013 Track Training in Fast Growth 50 Shortlist for 2013

Achieving the Fast Growth 50 Award in 2012 for the fastest growing education business in Wales was a great honour. Founders of Track Training Limited were delighted to hear that the the company they have built over the past six years has been shortlisted for the awards once again in 2013.  Since 2012 the business has maintained its focus on delivering Lean and 6 Sigma training programmes primarily to the manufacturing and engineering sector across England and Wales.  These programmes help businesses focus on driving efficiency and effectiveness across business units by helping give all staff - operatives and managers - a toolkit of Business Improvement Techniques.  These skills programmes are supported by wider management development and coaching up to executive leadership level.  Track Training has recently secured a partnership with the University of South Wales (UHOVI) to deliver level 5 management programmes in addition to its FEI partnerships which include Swindon, Eastleigh and Pembrokeshire colleges.  The company specialises in vocational training and assessment in the workplace that include bespoke courses and NVQs and Apprenticeships. The company has grown year on year and plans to deliver its nationally recognised programmes in Scotland shortly.
