Ryan recently joined the team at Track Training after a successful 20 year career at a UK based utility provider, where Ryan spent several years working at a Senior Management Level in various business divisions. He then moved into the project arena and played a leading role in several integration projects following various mergers and acquisitions. The last ten years saw Ryan move into the HR leadership team, and hold a number of posts including Head of Employee Engagement, Talent & Recruitment and for 7 years was the Group Head of Learning for some 20k employees. As part of this role Ryan sat on a number of national skills groups including the National Skills Academy for Power, Energy Efficiency Industrial Partnership and the Apprenticeship Levy advisory board.
Following a return to education in 2014 to study for a part-time Executive MBA at Cardiff University , Ryan decided if was time to spread his wings and leave the utility sector looking for a new challenge. We are pleased to welcome Ryan to the team at Track and welcome his extensive experience in Training and Development, Project Management and Leadership.
Neil is Degree qualified and trained as a manufacturing engineer. He is experienced in the operational delivery of BIT and Quality Management Systems.
Neil is a technical expert in the plastics industry and after 25 years in manufacturing moved into the education sector. He is now an experienced trainer across a wide range of management and operational improvement disciplines and is a technical author for a leading awarding body.

Alan is an internationally renowned expert in building highly effective organisational performance through developing leaders and managers to play their full part in this journey. The consultancy firm he founded, The Leadership Centre (TLC), has been engaged for over 20 years by many of the World’s leading organisations in the private and public sector to research, develop and facilitate personal and organisational development approaches that have led to World Class achievements.
